1. There is very limited space for luggage in the chopper. Only 2kg luggage per passenger will be permitted. Passengers bringing excess baggage would not be allowed to take the same in the chopper.
2. Passengers should carry only handbags as suitcases cannot be kept in the helicopter.
3. All temples in Chardham are located in high altitude areas. Passengers are advice to carry regular medical kit.
4. At these locations, it becomes cold throughout, so passengers must carry woolen clothes with them.
5. Kindly book your back flight/train ticket after one day to your arrival at Dehradun.
6. Children above the age of 2 years will be considered full ticket and birth certificate will be required at time of booking.
7. There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens
8. All temples in Char Dham (Uttarakhand, India) are located at high altitude areas. pilgrims are advised to carry a small oxygen bottle with them as a precaution.
9. All pilgrims should be physically fit. it is better to do some jogging and other light exercise as you prepare for this journey.
10. Still cameras/ portable video cameras are allowed in Himalayan ranges but not inside the temple. please do not attempt to take pictures inside the temples.
11. Although all mobile phones have coverage, Airtel, Jio and BSNL Network is better in most of the places.

1. Safar Air Holidays Services Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to postpone/ Cancel flight /Timings of flying subjected to weather conditions/ Helicopter Technical Fault/ Pilot illness.
2. Any night halts due to bad weather will be borne by client itself.
3. Full amount has to be deposited 20 days prior to date of journey.
4. In case, If you have any extra luggage You can keep it at the Hotel cloak room.
5. Children above the age of 2 year will be considered full ticket.
6. There is no provision of concession ticket to children or senior citizens.
7. Any donations, tips, pitthu, extra porter charges shall be borne by the passengers.
8. Aadhar card copies are to be shared by all Indian Passenger and passport in case of foreign nationals.
9. In case the Yatra is delayed due to bad weather or any other unforeseen reasons, The Journey will be conducted on the next available date or the unutilized part of the journey (Rs.20,000/- Dham for each customer) will be refunded
10. In case of rescheduling the journey from the customer’s side the booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking is required which is subject to availability of seats.
11. The company has the right to change the itinerary in the event of adverse weather condition or any unforeseen circumstances which is beyond our control.
12. SafarAir Holidays Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the passengers. Therefore, in own interest, Passengers are hereby advised to kindly consult a doctor and get medical kit check up done before commencing the yatra . Medical check-up is mainly required if a passenger has any medical ailment or condition. If Medical evacuation by Helicopter is needed, it will be chargeable @1,25,000/- Per Hrs. Plus GST.
13. OVERWEIGHT CHARGES (on per seat basis) - Overweight charges are applicable @ INR 1,000/- Rs per Kg. This will be chargeable to passengers weighing above 75 kg (i.e., if a passenger is 80Kg then overweight will be 5Kg x 1000 = 5000/- Rs) Passenger should pay the amount before departure or at the helipad. This amount will be charged per body weight.
14. COVID 19 Case- In case passenger found Covid positive before the flight, his/her flight cancel with no refund policy.
15. In case of any government restriction, if the yatra is called off, then the full amount will be refunded.

20. Disputes as to legality, interpretation, application or performance to service or any of its terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Delhi jurisdiction.
21. Bookings will be taken, considering there is acceptance of the above-mentioned terms & conditions by the party.
22. Passengers are required to provide us their exact weights at the time of booking.
23. In respect of COVID-19, all necessary measures issued by the State & Central Governments would have to be adhered by the passengers. Without adhering to the prescribed measures/ requirements, boarding would be denied without any refunds.
24. Passengers are requested to book their return flight late in the evening or next day.
