1. No Refund Policy
All payments made to Safar Air are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed (either full or partial), it cannot be canceled or refunded.

This policy applies to all services, including but not limited to:

Helicopter bookings

Air travel packages

Char Dham Yatra reservations

Custom pilgrimage or leisure tour plans

2. No Return or Exchange of Services
We do not offer any return, rescheduling, or exchange of services once confirmed.

Requests for changes in dates, names, routes, or itineraries will not be accepted after booking.

3. Third-Party Terms
Some services may be governed by terms set by our aviation or travel partners (e.g., helicopter charters, airlines, hotel bookings).

Safar Air is not liable for cancellations, delays, or denial of service caused by such third parties.

No refund will be issued in case of cancellation due to weather, government restrictions, operational issues, or force majeure events.
